Detailed 4 Days Uganda Primates Safari Holiday

Day 1: Pick Up and Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Your guide driver will pick you up from the airport and brief you about the whole trip and the events of the day with your 4 Days Uganda Primates Safari Holiday. After the briefing, you will continue your drive to Kibale national park with a stopover for lunch in the fort portal. You will proceed to your lodge in the national park and check in.

You will have the whole afternoon depending on the time of arrival to relax and refreshen as you wait for the evening to have your dinner and then overnight. You have a busy day the next day so usually advised that you sleep early to have enough rest in preparation for the following day’s activities

Day 2 of 4 Days Uganda Primates Safari Holiday: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Semuliki National Park

After having an early breakfast at your lodge, your guide will pick you up and drive you to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about your chimpanzee trekking activity by the park officials. You will move into the forest with the help of the ranger guide allocated to you by the office. Search the chimpanzees until when you find them.

During the process, you will also be in a position to spot other primates in the forest such as the black and white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, I’hoests as well as various bird species. You will spend about an hour with chimpanzees in the forest. During this time take as many pictures as you can as the primates go about in their natural habitat

You will return to the lodge. Have lunch and check out. Your guide driver will transfer you to Semuliki National Park where you’re likely to arrive at the park in the evening or late afternoon. check-in at your lodge and refresh. Later you will have dinner and rest

Day 3 of 4 Days Uganda Primates Safari Holiday: Visit The Hot Spring and Nature Walks

You will wake up for an early breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for the next activity which is visiting the hot springs. The hot springs are among the major attractions in the national park and they consist of the male hot springs and female hot springs. You will enjoy eggs boiling in the hot springs among other activities

You will break back to the lodge after this experience to have lunch and refreshen then afternoon hit the road for a nature walk in the national park during which you will enjoy your natural surroundings on foot. After engaging in the activities for the day, you will drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 4 of 4 Days Uganda Primates Safari Holiday: Transfer Back to Kampala/Entebbe

After having a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, you will check out. It’s now time to hit the road back to Kampala. There will be a stopover in Fort Portal en route to lunch. After lunch, you embark on the drive to arrive in Kampala in the evening. If your flight is this very day, then your guide will transfer you back to Entebbe for your flight back to your country
